When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all U.S. orders over $49 ship free. Under $49, shipping is a flat $6.99.
Can I return a product?
Absolutely. We offer 30-day returns on every purchase, no questions asked. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
Are your products safe for pets?
Every product is reviewed by a certified veterinarian and made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Where are products manufactured?
We work with vetted manufacturing partners in the U.S., Vietnam, and China. Each product page lists its country of origin.
What is your warranty?
All electronics include a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Soft goods include a 90-day warranty against defects.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we may already be packing — contact us and we'll do our best.
