How it works

1. 1. Email returns@pawpeaks.com with your order number.
2. 2. We email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. 3. Drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
4. 4. Once we receive it, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

What qualifies

Any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Used items are accepted if there's a defect — just let us know what happened.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color. Just request it in your return email.
